"Pawz On Top" - A Great Local Pet Store! I don’t usually leave reviews, but after two wonderful experiences at Pawz On Top, I had to share. Marlo, the owner, is incredibly kind and clearly cares about her customers and their pets. My first visit was in August, when I needed a quality life jacket for my deaf Cavalier, Bear, before a boat trip. Marlo was so hands-on, helping me fit Bear into the vest and showing me how to fasten it properly. She made the whole experience seamless, and I left feeling confident that Bear would be safe on the water. The products are top-quality, and she even gave me an end-of-season discount on the life vest, which was a nice surprise! When I returned in November with my family and our other Cavalier, Winnie, to shop for winter coats, Marlo immediately remembered Bear—the sweet, hard-of-hearing tricolor Cavalier from the summer. It was a treat to introduce her to Winnie, our Blenheim Cavalier. The staff, including associate Bernadette, was just as helpful, guiding us through the options. We even got a discount, even though it wasn’t quite Black Friday yet. It’s clear they truly value their customers. Since purchasing their winter coats, my dogs have been wearing them constantly, and they've been key to surviving these frosty cold winter outings. They’re keeping them warm, safe, and comfortable—and they get so many compliments on how stylish they are! The store has a fantastic selection of premium products, and the staff is knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about animals.
